Processing + Shipping
We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Please note that most of our products can take 6-8 weeks to be competed and shipped because they are handmade and made-to-order. Orders are subject to ship before or after an estimated ship date. Free shipping is offered for all U.S orders. The Potted Earth Co. is partnered with multiple courier services to insure timely deliveries based on the shipping destination. Orders will be shipped via FedEx Ground, USPS, or UPS.
Customers are responsible for inspecting orders at time of delivery. Any damages or missing items should reported to The Potted Earth Co. within 3 days of delivery. The Potted Earth Co. replacement policies are void if damage is not reported within 3 days from receipt of order.
The Potted Earth Co. does not assume any responsibility for shipping and courier delays. Customers are responsible for the payment of all fees, taxes, and duties related to shipment(s) to destinations outside of the United States.
In-store pickup is available Monday-Saturday by appointment only. An e-mail will be sent once your order is ready to schedule your pickup. If you prefer to meet us via curbside pickup, please call or e-mail us to make arrangements.
