RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the handmade nature of our products, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed. However, if you have experienced a problem with you order or if your item was damaged while in transit, please contact us and we will work with you to make it right!

EXCHANGE POLICY

We will gladly accept exchanges within 3 days of delivery.  If you would like to exchange your order please contact us info@thepottedearthco.com.  Products must be mailed back to us in it's original condition, box, and packaging materials within 7 calendar days. We recommend using a return service that provides tracking and insurance with your return.  The Potted Earth co. is not liable for items that are lost, damaged, or stolen during transit.  Shipping expenses will not be refunded or credited, nor will any shipping expenses accrued to process exchange.  Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply.  We are not responsible for any delays due to customs.
