Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed. Please review our shop policies prior to placing your order. Customers are responsible for inspecting orders at time of delivery. If you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact The Potted Earth Co. within 3 days of delivery. The Potted Earth Co. replacement policies are void if damage is not reported within 3 days from receipt of order.
