Shipping
We do our best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, usually within a week. Specialty items such as our handcrafted ceramic pots and planters, may take up to 4-6 weeks to be completed and shipped. You will receive an e-mailed confirmation once your order has been successfully placed and delivered.
Returns
Due to the live and handcrafted nature of our products, we don't accept returns at this time. But if you received an item that was damaged in transit, please send us pictures of your damaged item, box, and shipping label immediately to info@thepottedearthco.com and we will work with you to make things right.
